I'm a Systems Design Engineering [SYDE] student @ University of Waterloo with experience in design, product, && shipping code. I've worked in a variety of industries [digital identity, iGaming, and most recently, applied AI], and through it all, I've been deeply motivated by designing elegant solutions to technically difficult problems. My philosophy is to never shy away from complexity.

I also care deeply about bringing greater meaning to my work, either by getting lost in the pixels or by working towards causes that I believe in - preferably both. This mindset carried me through 2+ years of volunteering to create custom tech for nonprofits through UW Blueprint. I've helped ship products for NPOs as a Product Designer, Product Manager, VP Design and most recently, Design Engineer [also, serving a stint as club president in between].

If it's not already obvious, I like basketball a lot. Not because I'm particularly great, but the game taught me a lot; specifically that every missed opportunity is a reason to put in the work && get better. Beyond recreational sports, I love live music and am an avid A-lister.
